Valerie's Fried Rice

Ingredients

4 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 clove garlic

1 tablespoon fresh chilli

200 gram chicken
or -
200 gram Pork

200 gram Prawns

4 cup cooked rice

1 tablespoon sugar
-
1 tablespoon fish sauce
-
1 tablespoon soya sauce
-
2 tablespoon shallots
-
1 handfull Fresh basil leaves
Steps
- Fry garlic in a wok in oil, until golden.
- Add in chilli and chosen meat. Stir-fry until cooked.
- Add rice, sugar, fish sauce and soya sauce.
- Cook over medium heat while stirring until well combined.
- Stir through chopped shallots and basil, cook for another minute.
