Salmon and Pappadums

1 can (210g) salmon

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 tablespoon sour cream
or -
2 tablespoon natural yoghurt

1 lime's juice

2 ea pickled dill cucumbers, chopped

1 ea avocado, peeled and chopped
-
1 ea red apple, cored and chopped
-
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

6 ea pappadums
Steps
- Mix together salmon, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, pickles, avocado and apple.
- Heat oil in frying pan and fry each pappadum. Cook until crisp and edges curl up
- Place equal amounts of salmon mixture on each pappadum.
