Stewed Rhubarb

Ingredients
- 500 grams rhubarb, washed, cut into 5cm pieces
- 1 ea orange
- 3/4 cup sugar
Steps
- Peel several strips of orange rind from the orange, then juice.
- Place all ingredients into a pan and heat on the stove until tender
- Serve with vanilla ice cream
