Stir Fried Pork with String Beans (Pork and Beans)

  1. Marinade the pork for 10 min in the soy sauce, oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. String the beans and cut into 5cm lengths.
  3. Parboil for 3-4 min. Reserve liquor for stock.
  4. Fry the onion in the wok in a little oil for 1 minute. Remove and reserve.
  5. Add a little more oil, then fry the pork in two lots, until well seared.
  6. Mix the sweet bean paste with the cornflower and a little of the stock.
  7. Add all ingredients back to the wok and stir through until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve over white rice.
