Ginger biscuits

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Sift flour and ginger well.
  2. Add brown sugar and rub in butter.
  3. Add beaten egg yolks and slightly warmed treacle, mix well.
  4. Roll into small balls, flatten with fork and place on greased tray.
  5. Bake at 160C (fan forced) for about 15 minutes
