Ginger biscuits

- 250 gram plain flour
- 25 gram ground ginger
- 350 gram dark brown sugar
- 250 gram butter
- 2 each egg yolks
- 1/3 cup treacle
Steps
- Sift flour and ginger well.
- Add brown sugar and rub in butter.
- Add beaten egg yolks and slightly warmed treacle, mix well.
- Roll into small balls, flatten with fork and place on greased tray.
- Bake at 160C (fan forced) for about 15 minutes
