  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in panko and salt flakes, fry for 5 minutes or until golden.
  3. Add garlic, stir for 3 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Add chopped parsley and lemon rind.
  5. Boil trimmed broccolini for 3 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Drain, toss with breadcrumb mixture.
